Webinar “Motivation or pressure? – What are you really striving for?”

You may be trying your best every day…

Yet at times, you still feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and gradually lose the motivation you once had.

Have you ever asked yourself:

Are you striving because of passion or simply because of pressure?

Why does greater effort sometimes lead to exhaustion?

How can you maintain positive motivation in both study and life?

Join the webinar “Motivation or pressure? – What are you really striving for?” - the concluding program in the psychological wellness series designed for the LHU student community and external participants. The event is organized by the School Psychological Counseling Team of LHU in collaboration with Minh Tri Psychological Clinic.

By joining the webinar, participants will:

- Understand the difference between positive motivation and negative pressure;

- Recognize signs of stress and emotional overload in academic and personal life;

- Learn strategies to maintain emotional balance and sustainable motivation;

- Listen to practical insights from a professional psychologist;

- Engage directly with the guest speaker through interactive Q&A sessions.
