[FAIE] The Rambutan Fairy Journey: From Fresh Green Rambutan to a Novel Business Opportunity

Today, I would like to share my personal reflections after participating in the SV.STARTUP Competition for pupils and students with a startup idea. Perhaps nothing can compare to the feeling of a young person stepping into the SV.STARTUP competition—a platform for creative minds and promising startup ideas. To have the opportunity to represent Lac Hong University, bringing with us the project “Chom Chom Rang Say – Rambutan Fairy,” I felt as though I was embarking on an endless adventure.

From 11 May 2024 to 13 May 2024, at Can Tho University, the competition took place in a vibrant atmosphere with numerous projects from across the country, where ideas were shaped and dreams were tested. As representatives of Lac Hong University, we brought not only the “Chom Chom Rang Say” project to the competition, but also a spirit filled with enthusiasm and a strong aspiration for success.

“Rambutan Fairy” is not merely a product; it is the result of relentless efforts, sleepless nights of contemplation, and the boundless passion of the entire team. We believe that beneath the fresh green rambutan peel lies a novel business opportunity and a way to utilize the unique natural resources of our homeland.

However, the journey was far from easy. Facing intense competition from other teams, we encountered numerous challenges and pressures. Yet each challenge and difficulty became a lesson—an opportunity for us to grow and develop.

The days participating in the competition were not only an opportunity to introduce our product but also a chance to learn and connect with startups, investors, and industry experts. The games, workshops, and discussion sessions not only expanded our knowledge but also created valuable relationships for the future.

Although the competition has ended, the journey of “Rambutan Fairy” has only just begun. We will continue working, further developing our idea, and pursuing our dream. We believe that in the SV.STARTUP competition, there are not only prizes for the winners, but also opportunities, experiences, and valuable lessons for those who dare to dream and dare to act.
