In his opening remarks, Dr. Nguyễn Văn Tân shared:
From now on, the Faculty will establish and develop more practical programs. Over the past period, online programs have been well implemented by the Clubs, with strong linkage, cooperation, and mutual support. These programs have brought significant value to students. As students of the same generation, you understand your peers’ thoughts and aspirations and can closely connect with them—that is a great advantage. The Youth Union – Student Association will create playgrounds and organize cultural, artistic, and sports activities for students after stressful study days. The Clubs and teams will organize professional and specialized programs and competitions to support students in their academic journey, personal development, and to gain experience for job applications and exposure to the external environment. To achieve these goals, the Clubs, the Youth Union – Student Association, students, and lecturers must work together in unity, maintain strong connections, and continue promoting the values and achievements that the Faculty has attained over time. Wishing all students great energy, a successful semester, high academic results, and strength in maintaining meaningful programs….
Over the past period, the Clubs have organized many online programs, including collaborative events among different Clubs, increasing value, unity, and program success. Notably, the program of donating and exchanging books, study materials, and learning tools to help students access additional learning resources and reduce expenses is still ongoing and continues to be implemented in classes. Students in need may directly contact Tấn Phát (19QT111) – 0335.499.093.
At the meeting, Ms. Tạ Thị Thanh Hương, M.A., presented the Semester II plan, including the Faculty’s support process: receiving proposals, allowing students to register schedules and rooms, issuing invitation letters, providing templates, QR codes, links, certificates, etc. Additionally, the Commendation Program for Outstanding Youth Union – Student Association Officers and Club Executive Boards of FAIE (1st edition, Academic Year 2021–2022), scheduled for February 19, 2022, was also deployed and task assignments were made.
Club representatives had the opportunity to discuss and present upcoming plans and initiatives. Specifically, the Economics (Foreign Trade) Club will maintain monthly activities, organize academic programs, networking and experience-sharing sessions with guest speakers, and prepare a logistics competition proposal for submission to advisors and Faculty leadership for approval. The Economic Law Club proposed plans for the Mock Trial competition and other legal knowledge contests and will also maintain monthly activities. In addition, the Tourism Club and the Business Administration Club plan to invite enterprises and alumni from previous cohorts as guest speakers to share experiences and useful topics, organizing these activities in coordination with other Clubs.
The meeting concluded at 12:00 PM on the same day.
