    University-Level Doctoral Dissertation Defense in Business Administration for Doctoral Candidate Vy Vu Hong Thao

    On March 23, 2026, at the meeting room of Campus 1, Lac Hong University, the Faculty of Graduate Studies organized the University-Level Doctoral Dissertation Evaluation Committee for doctoral candidate Vy Vu Hong Thao in the field of Business Administration.

    During the defense session, doctoral candidate Vy Vu Hong Thao presented the core contents of the dissertation in a systematic, logical, and persuasive manner. The dissertation entitled “The Impact of Transformational Leadership on Leader–Member Relationships and Employee Job Performance: A Case Study of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Dong Nai Province” demonstrated meaningful scientific contributions and provided important practical evidence for the field of Business Administration, particularly in the context of enhancing management effectiveness and organizational development among small and medium-sized enterprises in Dong Nai Province.

    The dissertation evaluation session marked a significant milestone in the doctoral candidate’s academic and research journey. It also reflected Lac Hong University’s strong commitment to improving the quality of postgraduate education and strengthening the connection between scientific research and the practical needs of businesses and society.
