• Option 2: Submit directly to the Admission Office (Room B103), Campus 1, LHU (Address: No. 10, Huynh Van Nghe street, Buu Long ward, Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province)

4. Application documents include:

• Temporary graduation certificate or high school diploma (notarized copy)

• Certificate of high school exam results (original)

• High school transcript (notarized copy)

• Birth certificate or identity card (notarized copy)
